Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, cold
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or pumpkin spice dairy free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon cookie butter (biscoff or speculoo cookie butter)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon cookie butter (biscoff or speculoo cookie butter)
  • 1 biscoff or speculoo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Make smoothie by adding smoothie ingredients into a blender and blitz and until smooth and creamy.
  2. Garnish glass by swirling most of the cookie butter around the inside of the glass, and the remaining around the rim of the glass. Place cookie crumbs on a plate and tip the glass over into the crumbs.
  3. Pour your pumpkin smoothie into garnished glass, sprinkle with a little pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
