- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, cold
- 1/2 cup vanilla or pumpkin spice dairy free yogurt
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon cookie butter (biscoff or speculoo cookie butter)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon cookie butter (biscoff or speculoo cookie butter)
- 1 biscoff or speculoo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Make smoothie by adding smoothie ingredients into a blender and blitz and until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish glass by swirling most of the cookie butter around the inside of the glass, and the remaining around the rim of the glass. Place cookie crumbs on a plate and tip the glass over into the crumbs.
- Pour your pumpkin smoothie into garnished glass, sprinkle with a little pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
