This Festive Fall Punch is fruity and bursting with super-hydrating keto-friendly electrolytes, thanks to our star ingredient: Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder. Drink this first thing in the morning, afternoon, or whenever you need a boost of energy.
I adore this Festive Fall Punch for several reasons. Firstly, it tastes like a fruity, high-end, booze-free cocktail, and looks just as impressive as anything you’d find in a fancy cocktail bar.
Secondly, it’s an absolute powerhouse of hydration. Concocted from a super-blend of electrolytes, support minerals, vitamin C, Zinc, and a boatload of fresh fruit, this is my go-to jetlag cure, and post-workout recovery aid.
Lastly, the recipe is quick and simple to make and can be easily adapted according to your tastes.
Let’s get started!
Festive Fall Punch Ingredients
With just seven ingredients, making this punch is a piece of cake (but much MUCH better for you!).
Cherry Pomegranate Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder
Ultima’s Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder is the star ingredient of our Festive Fall Punch and packs some serious fruity flavor! It tastes like cherries and pomegranates, with a touch of keto-friendly sweetness. Added to the fresh fruit and sparkling water, and it makes for a super refreshing Festive Fall Punch!
Unlike other electrolyte powders, Ultima only uses natural flavor extracts and organic stevia leaf for sweetness, so you don’t need to worry about any nasties. The Ultima Replenisher Powders are also:
- Low calorie
- Low carb
For this recipe, I used four scoops of Cherry Pomegranate Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder from the 30 Serving Canister. This was enough for 4-6 glasses of punch. You can also buy the powder in handy serving stick packs (20 servings) which would be great for adding to a water bottle or your morning tea.
- Sparkling Water
For this recipe, you’re going to need 64 fl oz / 1.9 liters of sparkling water. It doesn’t matter what type you use, but I would recommend plain, or a zero-calorie citrus/berry flavored variety.
Bear in mind that you’re going to need a large pitcher for this one. It will need to be at least 64 fl oz / 1.9 liters, plus room for fruit and ice.
- Strawberries + Blueberries
I used four large strawberries cut into quarters, plus 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries.
- Lemon + Lime
Slice one lemon and one lime, and add to pitcher along with other fruit.
- Pomegranate Arils (Seeds)
You’ll need around 1/4 cup of seeds for your punch, which is equivalent to around quarter of a large pomegranate.
- A Handful of Ice
How to Make Festive Fall Punch (with electrolytes!)
Step One: Pour four scoops of Cherry Pomegranate Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder into the bottom of a large pitcher (at least 64 fl oz / 1.9 liters).
Step Two: Add sliced fruit and top up with sparkling water. Stir well to dissolve the Cherry Pomegranate Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder. Add a handful of ice and divide between 4-6 glasses.
Tip: In a hurry? Slice the fruit ahead of time, and store it in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration Powder comes in a bunch of other flavors, so you could easily swap Cherry Pomegranate for a different flavor. A few of my favorites are Lemonade, Raspberry, and Orange. If you can’t decide then snag the Ultima Replenisher Variety Pack. It’s perfect for experimenting with flavor!
How to Serve
Serve cold with a generous handful of ice. Drink within 2-4 hours while the fruit is still fresh and delicious, and keep in the refrigerator between servings.
I hope you all enjoy this super-refreshing fall punch! I know it’s been a real lifesaver on days I fancied something fruity and needed to top up my hydration.
