This book is focused on ‘bowl food’. That is, food best served in a bowl, such as salads, pasta and smoothie bowls. Each recipe contributor has showcased their beautiful plant based creations using Coconut Bowls, a sustainable and earth friendly alternative to commonly used bowls- especially single use plastic bowls.
The pages are packed with tasty plant based recipes that are quick and easy to make. There is a wide selection of recipes available including breakfast, light bowls, mains, sweets and small bowls.
I must complement the work of the editors on this book. Although the recipe and photos are from 100 contributors, the book flows as if it was written by one author. The photos are enticing and recipes are seriously drool worthy!
I have personally made several of the recipes from this book with my favorites being Green Garden Smoothie Bowl from @laurafruitlady, Coconut Twix-Style Bars from @vanillacrunnch, Green Goddess Bowl from @talinegabriel, Vegan Tortellini with Guacamole & Peas from @biancazapatka… and I’m kinda partial to my own recipe for Edamame Hummus & Oven Fries 😉
